Debs is very professional and will adapt any training program to suit individual needs. Debs was my personal trainer and adapted a program for me post partum to do at home along with 2 personal sessions per week to fit round 2 very young children. She is always available to answer any questions and motivate you to meet your goals.



What a difference a few months make. I can’t rate debs enough. I have done the forest classes and pt sessions at home. I am so pleased with the results.

Debs is easy to talk to, and pays a lot of attention to individual needs, hence you get the results.

Debs is a fantastic PT that takes the time to really get to know her clients and customise routines to fit their individual needs and goals. It is great to get out and train in the New Forest rather than queuing for machines and being surrounded by people in the gym. As someone who is pretty out of shape and was apprehensive about getting back into working out regularly Debs' enthusiasm and passion for exercise has rubbed off and has improved both my physical and mental health. Her advise on making healthy food choices and recipe suggestions has also given me the push to make much needed changes in all aspects of my weight loss journey. I highly recommend Debs to everyone!



I can’t recommend Debs enough. I have been training with her for nearly a year now and love how versatile she is. I started with her 6 weeks post baby and love every training session since.
They’re never the same and she gives different options for every ability.
I haven’t yet been able to try her yoga/Pilates classes as I have my little one. But love how from 6 weeks old my little girl has been able to join me with her forest workouts, which means not only do I benefit but so does my daughter with all the fresh air.
What more can you ask for, a lovely trainer, fresh air, beautiful scenery and a class which is never the same while getting fit


I have been going to Flex and Tone classes with Debs for over a year. She always makes the classes so relaxing and enjoyable and this is as a result of her friendly nature and personality. Whether you exercise regularly or are trying a class for the first time, Debs makes you feel at ease and her experience and expertise helps you get the most out of each class you attend. I've tried exercise classes before over the years but have never stuck at them so the fact I've stayed with Debs for over a year should tell you a lot about Debs and her class. I can't recommend Debs enough.



I have been training with Debs for the past couple months and love her natural easy and engaging approach coupled with clear and firm commitment to my development and growth. She has a fabulous energy and really knows her stuff, walking the talk, role modelling fitness and health without intimidating in any way. She really listens to me and in turn helps me listen and tune into my body and works to build strength and fitness without creating injuries! I have had so many personal trainers in the past where I do a heavy workout that is then negated as I am either injured or can't move for the following 2 weeks! I would highly recommend training with Debs and Bourne Training.


A fitness class in the forest. I loved every minute. This class is suitable for all abilities. Debs is a great motivator. The hour whizzed by. Exercise can be fun ! If you love nature this is the class for you. Highly recommend this group, ladies were all friendly, looking forward to next week.



Fantastic PT service. I'm allergic to exercise, but even after a handful of sessions I'm already beginning to lose weight and feel stronger. Debs is a fantastic coach and I can't wait to keep making progress.

Debs is a fantastic motivator for my PT sessions and always ensures that I never get bored. The time always flies by and it doesn't just end with the session as Debs offers plenty of useful advice and tips, and is always on hand if needed. I love her group classes too. Being a complete beginner to regular fitness sessions, after just a few weeks of going to Flex and Tone I could feel such a vast improvement in my (little) core strength and it's continuing to get better with every week. Deb set me up with a gym program which was fab, she took into consideration my inability to go onto my knees and my tight back. She invented so many work arounds for me. Fab lady, patient and great motivator. Good luck in your new venture in the UK.

Highly recommend Deb for personal training and group training classes. She is a great motivator and develops training plans to target areas you want to work. Her bubbly personality breaks through any pain barrier you might be experiencing. Give her classes a go you won’t disappointed.

Debs has worked amazingly with me to get me back to health. Everything has been so tailored to my needs and really has worked wonders to get me feeling physically content again. She's kind and thoughtful and gets me through every session with a smile.


Although the zoom classes during lockdown & Sunday’s keep me on track I’m so grateful to be back outside for Flex & Tone - especially on a sunny April morning. Something about being outdoors sets me up for the day and keeps me centred.

Debs is such a good PT I really look forward to our early morning session. Debs gentle pushes and encourages and my strength has built up over the last 10 weeks without me noticing. She has adapted exercises for my needs and continues to tweak to suit and push me. If you have any doubt just go for it, you definitely won’t regret it.


I attend both the flex and tone class and the outdoor training. Both are excellent. I’m so glad I found Debbie, she has taught me so much and really encouraged me to do well. Debs is fantastic! I was struggling with motivation and working towards my fitness goals, so decided to take the leap and get a PT and I am so glad I found Debs. Debs listened to my needs and goals, and created bespoke training for me that she adjusts and tweaks as necessary to make sure I stay on track. She is the perfect balance of kind but firm, and manages to challenge me whilst remaining encouraging. We always have a laugh in our sessions too, which I really appreciate!


Having suffered with low back pain for the past 3 years I was nervous when looking for a personal trainer but luckily I found Debbie and I wouldn't go anywhere else now because I feel safe with her. I reached out to Debs for help: My weight gain was getting out of control and my overall health felt like it was deteriorating.
Expecting to delve into a full on work out full of pain (that’s me stereotyping PT and fitness classes), I was greeted with a friendly professional PT that carried out a consultation first, finding out everything about me! It was all very relaxed and there was no pressure. Each session there after has been amazing - each session is varied, tailored to me and my body. I love our personal training sessions with Debs. We do 1:2 training and find that Debs' personalised touch and tailored workouts have worked wonders for us both. I had a bad neck and used to suffer a lot with it, but now that I do Debs' workouts I hardly get any pain. We do our homework in between sessions and have managed weight loss, muscle tone and general improvement in fitness.
