Service Description

Embrace the elements and get outside. Not a bootcamp! Emphasis is on quality movement, gratitude, support, nature, friendship & laughter in the great outdoors. A small group training session where you slim down and tone up with a combination of functional bodyweight & aerobic exercises. No yelling (well maybe a little). No extreme exercises. You exercise at your own pace so that you get fitter and healthier. Beginners welcome. Pse message me if interested as classes are outside & locations vary

To cancel or reschedule please contact us 24hrs in advance. Bookings can be cancelled online within 2 hrs of start time. If no booking cancellation or communication is received you will be charged for that session.
