Combining strength & flexibility workouts, with nutritional advice this activity plan will get you into the habit of regular exercise in 28 days. The plan is structured but flexible enough to allow you to fit the exercise sessions around your other weekly commitments, taking ~20 mins per day. Designed for those who want to ease themselves back into fitness, after either a sustained break or injury this course will gently introduce you to the world of fitness. No equipment required & simple enough to do from home, a park or almost anywhere. One exercise-until-you-hurl session isn’t going to get you fitter, neither will two. Or three. Or seven. Or fifteen.
