Everybody is unique, with their own strengths and limitations. My method is to build a custom plan based on your health, schedule and more importantly, fitness goals. I aim to transform your body and influence you to make more mindful decisions when it comes to your health.

I am a Personal Trainer, Yoga Teacher, Pilates instructor, Outdoor Fitness Instructor & Nutritional Specialist, so whether you prefer Personal Training 1:1 or a group fitness class, I have a range of packages and options to meet your budget and to help achieve your goals.
Debs is a fantastic motivator for my PT sessions and always ensures that I never get bored. The time always flies by and it doesn't just end with the session as Debs offers plenty of useful advice and tips, and is always on hand if needed. I love her group classes too. Being a complete beginner to regular fitness sessions, after just a few weeks of going to Flex and Tone I could feel such a vast improvement in my (little) core strength and it's continuing to get better with every week.
